Graphomanus — Privacy Policy

Last updated: 8 October 2026

Graphomanus is a diary and day planner. It is built so that your entries belong to you.

What the app collects

Nothing. Graphomanus has no account, no analytics, no advertising and no servers of its own. The developer never receives your entries, photos, voice notes, places or any other data.

Where your entries live

In a folder you choose — on your iPhone or in your own iCloud Drive — as ordinary files you can open without the app. If you delete the app, the files stay where they are.

What the app reads, and only when you turn it on

• Location — to mark a place and to get the day’s weather. The place is written only to your files; for the weather, the coordinates are sent to Apple Weather.
• Calendar — to show your iPhone Calendar events in the day’s plan.
• Health — to show the day’s steps, sleep and workouts. Nothing is written to Health.
• Photos, camera, microphone, speech recognition — to add a photo or a voice note to your entry and to turn a voice note into text. Recognition runs on the iPhone where your language allows it, otherwise through Apple’s speech service.

None of this is sent to the developer or to third parties.

Purchases

Purchases go through the App Store; the developer receives no payment details.

Children

The app is not directed at children under 13.
